The details
A muzzle should be something your dog tolerates, not fights. This one is built from breathable mesh with soft padding along the pressure points, and it fastens with a single adjustable strap and quick-release buckle — slip on, adjust, clip.
Sizing is by snout circumference, measured around the widest part of the muzzle (see the size chart image). S fits 7–8.5 in (18–22 cm), M 9–10.5 in (23–27 cm), L 11.5–13 in (29–33 cm), XL 13.5–16.5 in (34–42 cm). Reference ranges, not a guarantee — measure before you order.
Safety note: always supervise your dog while wearing a muzzle. This is not a bark-prevention device. Not recommended for short-nosed breeds (French Bulldogs, Pugs, Boston Terriers) — their airway is already restricted and a standard mesh muzzle will not fit them properly.
Use it for: vet visits, grooming, training introductions, and walks where your dog picks everything up off the sidewalk.
Product questions
How do I pick a size?
Measure around your dog's snout at its widest point (just past the nose leather). S fits 7–8.5 in, M 9–10.5 in, L 11.5–13 in, XL 13.5–16.5 in. The strap adjusts within the range, so if your dog is between sizes, size up and tighten.
Will it fit a French Bulldog or Pug?
No — short-nosed (brachycephalic) breeds are intentionally excluded from our size chart. Their airway is already restricted and a standard mesh muzzle does not fit them safely. Ask your vet or a trainer about brachycephalic-specific options.
Can it stop barking?
No, and a muzzle should never be used for that. It is designed for safe, comfortable management during vet visits, grooming and walks. A dog must be able to pant freely to cool down.
